The operating system for your reselling business.
Know what you own, where it is, what sold and what you actually earned — without juggling spreadsheets, notes and separate printing tools.
Stop losing time to stock chaos.
InventoryOS connects the jobs that resellers usually manage across several spreadsheets, browser tabs and bits of paper.
“Where did I put it?”
Track every item by box, shelf, rack or your own custom location type.
“Did that actually make money?”
Record sales, refunds and expenses so revenue and profit are not confused.
“Why is printing so awkward?”
Generate product labels and send cropped shipping labels directly to supported thermal printers.
Everything you need to run stock properly.
Start with simple inventory tracking, then use the deeper tools as your reselling operation grows.
Know exactly what you own and where it is.
Add stock, search instantly, move individual items or entire locations, remove sold stock and process refunds without losing the history.
See the numbers that matter.
Track income, expenses, refunds and profit with clear dashboard reporting.
Keep costs attached to the business.
Record expenses and upload receipt evidence instead of reconstructing everything later.
Scan stock in seconds.
Create Code 128 labels, reprint them and organise print jobs for larger batches.
Turn shipping labels into a clean print queue.
Upload shipping-label documents, crop away the instructions and send full 4×6 labels directly to your chosen printer.
Share work without sharing control.
Invite people into a workspace and choose what each role is allowed to view or change.
Find stock that has stopped moving.
Flag older items with no removals so you can reprice, relist, bundle or clear them.
Measure stock by buying batch.
Keep mystery-box stock grouped and understand how each purchase performs as items sell.
From delivery to sale, without losing track.
